You remain in full control of all decisions. We are here to guide, support, and execute the tasks we’ve agreed upon together.

Each session is planned in advance with clear goals and a pace that feels sustainable.

We believe in moving forward thoughtfully. It is always okay to take breaks or change your mind as we go.

Our goal is to serve as your single, trusted point of support—helping you navigate life’s changing tides with confidence.

Expertly organizing belongings and staging your space.

Handling the details of packing, purging, and coordinating with movers or other service providers.

Providing day-of-move support and post-move setup to ensure your new home is functional and safe.

Offering compassionate care to keep your pets calm and settled during the process.
Downsizing is about intentionally choosing what supports your next chapter. We help you categorize items with care:
• Keep: Items you use, love, or want close to you. It is perfectly okay to keep meaningful items, even if they aren't strictly practical.
• Gift: Meaningful pieces intended for family or friends.
• Donate/Sell: Items in good condition that no longer serve your current lifestyle.
• Release: Items that have fulfilled their purpose and can be let go.
Pets are sensitive to changes in their environment and routine. We minimize their stress by:
• Consistency: Maintaining familiar routines and providing calm, consistent care.
• Protection: Reducing their exposure to the chaos of packing and moving day.
• Support: Administering medications and monitoring for signs of stress, such as changes in appetite or restlessness.
To ensure a premium experience, we maintain clear professional boundaries:
• Scope of Service: Safe Harbor does not provide medical/nursing care, mental health counseling, legal/financial advice, or heavy construction and cleaning.
• Environment: A safe working environment is essential; please disclose any known hazards or pet behavioral concerns in advance.
• Scheduling: Services are by appointment. We are not on-call outside of scheduled hours unless previously arranged.
• Emergencies: In an emergency, we may contact emergency services or your designated contacts. For pets, we may seek veterinary care as authorized in advance.
