4. What happens if high-risk issues are found?
If an item is flagged as High Risk, it will be highlighted on your summary report with clear, recommended remediation steps.

5. How and when will I receive my final report?
You will have the option to receive a digital PDF copy, a printed copy (or both!) of your completed 50-Point Inspection Summary within 24 hours of the evaluation. The report includes itemized scores, inspector notes, and a clear sign-off page for your records.
